Rich flavor of “white liver” with a scent of charcoal

Wine bar where you can enjoy yakitori grilled over charcoal fire and wine carefully selected by a sommelier. The bar serves rare parts of chicken grilled and skewered, and, of all the rare parts, “white liver,” fatty liver of a chicken is recommended most. The “white liver” does not have the odor unique to livers, and has tasty and rich flavor with a smooth texture.
Condiments for yakitori (eight flavor chili pepper, Aguni salt, spicy miso and Japanese pepper) are specially blended by a master chef. They give some different flavor to thigh, tsukune and other regular items.

"Akatsuka"

Large and resilient chicken skins that is tender and chewy

Akatsuka is an old izakaya, Japanese-style pub, established in 1954, which is quietly located in a back alley. Its stewed chicken giblets is the most popular dish in the menu, which has lasted for more than 30 years. The regular customers order it without fail. Large chicken skins stewed with miso of Shinshu, Nagano are resilient and chewy, and go great with beer. The stew is so mild and tasty that everyone gets addicted to it.

“Niku no Mansei, Akihabara main restaurant” was opened in the south of Akihabara Station, close to Manseibashi Bridge as a meat and prepared meal shop more than 60 years ago. Now the shop turns 10-storied building, which serves various kinds of meat dishes, such as grilled meats, steaks and pork ribs noodles at the same place. Grilled steak at Chiyoda on the 10th floor is worthy of mention. You can enjoy the luxurious atmosphere in the restaurant surrounded by huge glass windows. An iron plate is placed in the center with tables around it. Rich Japanese black marbled beef is grilled with seasonal vegetables in front of you, which is the height of luxury. Since you can enjoy watching beef steak grilled, you can taste the meat with time.
