"Mugi to Olive"

Thick Char Siu that is moist and soft

The second shop of “Mugi to Olive” in Ginza, which was in the list of Bib Gourmands of the Michelin Guide. “Tori SOBA” with Daisen-dori chicken bone broth is topped with Char Siu of chicken breast cooked at low temperature based on the French food cooking method and domestic roast pork. These two kinds of juicy and soft Char Siu are excellent. Other toppings are nagaimo, Chinese yam, fried in olive oil, and naruto, a kind of kamaboko, which are fine garnishes for the ramen.
